Moments For Life

I just love that new song by Nicki Minaj, although I don’t like the beginning of the video.

So, being inspired my “Moment for Life”, I made  a list of the top seven things that will remain foremost in my happy memories. Moments that I want to remember for life.

1. Seeing my baby nieces first smile. Sophies smile lifts my heart, and hearing her coo and sing her smile just completes my entire day.
2. Meeting my neice Shanelle. I was here when Sophie was born, but through the first few months of Shanelles life, I was not around. I was out at college and didn’t meet her until she was almost a year old.
3. My first kiss with my fiancee. It was fairy tale perfect and magical.
4. Jeremys proposal. It was simple, but sweet and from the heart. There may be no ring but we’ve got a love that will last forever.
5. The moment i decided not to give a frick what people thought of me. I make my own choices, I have my own opinions and I’m happy with who I am as a person.
6. When my grandparents gave me my first violin. It was a high school graduation  present and it was the best gift I could have ever gotten.
7. When my grandparents bought me my iPod Touch. I had been wanting one for over a year but I never asked for one, and was going to wait until the prices went down as new versions came out. On my birthday, my parents gave me a small wrapped package. I thought it was going to be something like soap, or makeup. I unwrapped it and -an ipod! It’s all cracked now, but as long as it plays music I won’t need a flashy new one.
